And I’m Back. ‘History and Futures’ It Is.

Firstly, Happy 2020. The year were everyone seems to have set their target dates and commitment to change. “Twenty-twenty”… it does have a nice ring to it tough, especially in comparison to “twenty-nineteen”. After stuffing my face with turkey, cake and recovering from my longest food coma of the year, it is time to kick off Module 2 of the course. The module was officially accessible last Friday, and things are looking very interesting. First task of the week is related to typography.

I have to admit that I enjoyed the six-week Christmas break. I did my best to patch up my social life, but also took up some freelance work, so my brain would not go into full hibernation. That said though, I was looking forward to seeing what Module 2 was going to be like. At one point, I was really nervous, as I also remembered how intense the previous module was and how I juggled everything around the clock. However, I also figured that despite the demanding tasks, I still made it through. Hence, now that I know how the system works, it should be a bit easier, right? So far, I have already had a look at the lecture, resources and task at hand for the week, so now it is a question of starting to put together the resources I found and expand on them.

Roll over the next twelve weeks I guess… let’s do this!
